I have 20 years of experience as a Design Systems specialist and developer, leading two teams of nine specialists for VIG CZ (the VIGo design system and UX designers). Specialize in navigating complex insurance applications.

Define
Whether we are starting from scratch with a clean slate or innovating an existing system, it is necessary to define the possibilities and technology, create basic technical specification and pave the optimal path forward. If needed, I can also conduct UX research to gather client insights.
Design
This is the favorite part where I finally visualize the requirements. I usually start with a lo-fi wireframe, followed by a prototype, and ultimately the final design. It’s all about using or building a design system and the components we need.
Develop
I build things fast, using today’s best practices and the latest AI tools skills and agents. Thanks to the previous technical specs and prototyping, the goal is clear. Once the frontend is implemented, I go through several rounds of testing to make sure everything is spot on.
